What is NLP?
This is a process where you change your negative thoughts by replacing them with positive ones! It is a really effective and speedy way of changing the way you think – it could well be a way of thinking that is not working for you such as “I can’t do that”, “I’m not good enough”, “I wish I was like him/her” etc or it could be about obsessing over a past event or conversation which troubles you and keeps you stuck in a negative way of thinking or behaving. By helping you change how you think about these things, it loses its impact and power! It’s a brilliant way of letting go of emotional baggage! It can be incorporated into hypnosis sessions or as a stand alone therapy.
